Toni Salom

Founder & CEO

The Salom family founded Nautipesca Can Miguel, the first chandlery shop in Mallorca, in 1971. Toni joined his father in the business in 1991 and soon began to expand it. He opened the paint division in 1997 and has been developing and innovating with new technologies ever since.

Juan Liebana

Quality Control

It’s been said that paint runs in Juan’s blood as his father before him was also a professional painter. Juan takes the technology of finishing and refinishing to another level. Juan joined Toni in 2001 and together they have built Nautipaints to the global leader that it is today. Juan is the head of Quality Control.
